Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located in a lovely quiet area close to major attractions like the National Gallery and the castle. The rooms are decently sized, but the entrance is narrow, making it a bit challenging for one person. The service was very accommodating, especially during check-out. The dining experience was fantastic, with a variety of hot and cold dishes on the buffet. The location is central, just a short walk from the harbor promenade and Karl Johans street.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was clean but lacked a view and felt stuffy at night, affecting my sleep quality. However, the central location was convenient for exploring the city, and the service, though overloaded, was kind and helpful.
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to major attractions, but winter conditions can lead to slippery paths. The rooms, although spacious, have some peculiar layout choices. The service is top-notch despite occasional noise disturbances. The dining options are varied, and the facilities offer a range of services for guests.
